The mission of Universal Intelligence is to create a trusted ecosystem for intelligent agents through certification, standards, and accountability.
Create comprehensive frameworks across Creation, Ownership, Compliance, and Ethics domains that define how intelligent agents should be designed, deployed, and governed. These standards are binding for all certified officers and registered agents.
Issue professional certifications (CIAO® and CAO®) to individuals who demonstrate the knowledge, competence, and ethical commitment required to create and govern intelligent agents. These officers serve as human fiduciaries accountable for agent actions.
Operate transparent, searchable registries of certified officers and defined agents. Every registered agent must have a clear owner, defined purpose, and assigned CIAO of record. This creates accountability and enables incident tracking.
